JUDGMENT Heard Mr.P.K.Khare, learned counsel for the appellant as well as Mr.Vishal Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the respondent. 2. This appeal is directed against the judgment and order dated 27.9.2008, passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow in Regular Suit No.102 of 1997, whereby the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, has allowed the petitioner's application moved under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act and has decreed the suit of dissolution of marriage of the parties solemnized on 23 November 1988. 3. At this stage the appellant, namely, Smt.Rekha Srivastava has agreed not to press the appeal subject to payment of permanent alimony of Rs.5 lakh within a month from today. 4. The respondent, namely, Mr.Chhitiz Prakash Srivastava, who is present in person, has agreed with the aforesaid proposal. Therefore, the present appeal is decided on the basis of agreement of the parties with the direction that as per agreement the respondent shall pay the appellant a sum of Rs.5 lakh (Rupees five lakh only) within a month as permanent alimony. 5. With the aforesaid observations the appeal stands disposed of finally.
