ORDER : Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned. 2. This writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to issue a Hall Ticket for the Teacher's Eligibility Test, scheduled to be held on 12.7.2012. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents had submitted that the hall ticket for taking part in the Teacher's Eligibility Test had been issued to the petitioner and he had participated in the said test. Hence, the writ petition may be dismissed, as infructuous. 4. In view of the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, the writ petition stands dismissed, as infructous. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed. No costs.
