JUDGMENT Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya, J. Notice on behalf of opposite parties no.1 to 4 has been accepted by the office of learned Chief Standing Counsel. 2. Issue notice to opposite party no.5, returnable at an early date. 3. Steps be taken within a week. 4. Under challenge in this petition is an order dated 01.08.2013, passed by the Joint Director of Education, Faizabad region, Faizabad, by means of which, Authorized Controller was appointed to look after the affairs of the Management of the Institution concerned. The said order was passed under Section 6(3) of U. P. High Schools and intermediate Colleges (Payment of Salaries of Teachers and other Employees) Act. The petitioner challenged the said order by filing Writ Petition No.3177 (M/S) of 2014 which was finally disposed of by means of the order dated 15.07.2014 permitting the petitioner to file a detailed representation raising his grievances, whereupon the Joint Director was required to decide the representation of the petitioner by passing a reasoned order. The Joint Director thereafter appears to have passed an order on 23.08.2014 providing therein that since the hearing in the matter is going on, till further orders of the Court, the Principal, Government Intermediate College, Bhadauli, Faizabad shall work as Authorized Controller. On contempt petition being filed by the petitioner, an order has now been passed by the Joint Director of Education, Faizabad Region, Faizabad on 15.10.2015 whereby the representation made by the petitioner has been decided, however, the said order does not make a mention as to what period the Authorized Controller shall function in the Institution. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for one week's time to move appropriate application seeking amendment in the writ petition no.6298 (M/S) of 2015 for challenging the said order dated 15.10.2015, passed by the Joint Director of Education, Faizabad Region, Faizabad. 6. Time prayed for is allowed. 7. List this case on 18.11.2015, on which date, the entire record shall be produced by the learned Standing Counsel.
