ORDER : The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to the second Respondent, the Inspector of Police, Town Police Station, Pudukkottai to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2011. 2. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's mother gave a complaint and on that basis a case was registered on 25.08.2015 in Crime No.301 of 2015 as "Man Missing". 3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
