ORDER : The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 18.04.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 18.04.2014, a case in Crime No.676 of 2015 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 323 of Indian Penal Code on 11.10.2015. 3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.676 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
