ORDER : The petitioner who is the father of the deceased has come forward with this petition seeking transfer of the case in P.R.C.No.10 of 2015 pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Periyakulam, Theni District in Crime No.571 of 2012 on the file of the Respondent No.2 dated 08.12.2012 to the District Sessions Court, Erode or any other Competent Court outside the Theni District within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 2. Now, the petitioner and the respondents have consented for transferring the case in P.R.C.No.10 of 2015 pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Periyakulam, which has been taken on file in Special S.C.No.21 of 2012 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Theni to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul, for disposal of the same in accordance with law. 3. Recording the consent of both parties, I am of the view that it is a fit case for withdrawing the Special S.C.No.21 of 2015 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Theni, and to transfer the same to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul, for disposal in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, the learned District and Sessions Judge, Theni, is directed to remit the case in Special S.C.No.21 of 2015 to the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt of records, the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Dindigul, is directed to dispose of the case within a period of four months thereafter. 5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
