JUDGMENT Om Prakash-VII, J. This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the court below (ACJM Court No. 10, Varanasi) to decide the complaint case no. 1379 of 2013 under Section 4 98-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act., P.S. Sigra, District - Varanasi expeditiously. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid complaint case expeditiously preferably within the period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, if there is no other legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted. 4. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
