JUDGMENT Om Prakash-VII, J. The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings of complaint case no. 21 of 2015 under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station, Gyanpur, District - Bhadohi pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhadohi. Further prayer has been made to stay the further proceedings of the aforesaid case. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned AGA appearing for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that they are the family members. Notice was issued thereafter they have filed objection before the concerned Magistrate. It is further submitted that proceedings under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act is not maintainable against the applicants. 4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, after perusing the entire record and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and looking to the stage of the proceeding, I am of the view that no case is made out to interfere with present matter. The plea raised before this Court can be raised before the court concerned at the appropriate Stage. Hence, the prayer made in the present application is refused. The application is dismissed.
