ORDER : The petitioner has come forward with this petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking for a direction to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.81 of 2014 dated 19.02.2014 u/s. 147, 294(b), 323, 506(i) of IPC on the file of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that the final report has already been filed which was taken on file in C.C.No.215 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil. 3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) the Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to file a petition before the appropriate forum. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
