ORDER : The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the third respondent to register a case/F.I.R on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.09.2015 and investigate into the case. 2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 28.09.2015, a case in Crime No.37 of 2015 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code. 3. In view of the above stated position, the third respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.37 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
