ORDER : Heard both sides. 2. The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Karpagavalli, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed in C.S.R.No.938 of 2015. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. However, in case of conducting any enquiry, the third respondent is directed to follow the dictum laid down in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
