JUDGMENT The grievance of the petitioner is that third and fourth respondents have taken illegal possession of Land Gata No.2919 Ka admeasuring 0.1390 hectares, Land Gata No.2919 Kha admeasuring 0.1390 hectares and Khata Khatauni No.05108 situated at Village Ugo, Police Station Fatehpur-84, Tehsil Safipur, District Unnao, as a result of which a nuisance is being caused. 2. An efficacious remedy is available under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, which we leave open to the petitioner to pursue. We clarify that we have not made any finding on the merits of the allegations and the competent authority shall take an expeditious decision upon being moved, after furnishing a reasonable opportunity of being heard to all the concerned parties. 3. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
