ORDER : This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr. P.C, to call for the records relating to the proceedings in S.C.No.36/2014 pending on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Thoothukudi and quash the same. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the perused the material available on records. 3. During the course of arguments the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he wants only early disposal of the case. 4. Considering the said submissions, the learned Principal Sessions Court, Thoothukudi, is directed to dispose the case in S.C.No.36 of 2014 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
