ORDER : The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner dated 13.04.2014. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner dated 13.04.2014 has not been received by the respondents police so far. 3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to give fresh complaint to the respondents if necessary.
