ORDER The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 21.09.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 21.09.2015, a case in Crime No.34 of 2015 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 406, 294(b), 447 and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of TNPHW Act. 3. In view of the above stated position, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.34 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
