ORDER The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to the second respondent police to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.05.2015. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent as early as on 15.05.2015, but, however, the second respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner in Current Paper No.DSP/DCB/544/15 dated 19.05.2015, the petition enquiry is closed and the closure report is also given to the petitioner. 4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
