ORDER Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.7.2012, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame specified by this Court. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents have no objection for this court passing such an order. 3. In such circumstances, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.7.2012, if it is otherwise in order, and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall furnish a copy of the representation, dated 27.7.2012, to the fourth respondent, along with a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
