JUDGMENT The reliefs which the petitioner seeks, are in the following terms: "I. To issue the writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the opposite parties No.3 and 4 to hear and decide the objection dated 28-09-2015, which is related to the reservation and allotment of office of Gram Pradhan, in favour of Schedule Caste, Gram Panchayat-Gilaula, Block Gilaula, District Shrawasti in pursuance of Government order no.2121/33-3-2015-96/2015 T.C. Dated 11 August, 2015, within stipulated time, which is Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. II. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order for allotment of office of gram pradhan for women of gram panchayat-Gilaula, Block-Gilaula, Tehsil-Hakauna, District Shrawasti. III. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to re-arrange/re-apply the policy of reservation in respect of block Bilaula, Gram Panchayat Gilaula, District Shrawasti, which is taken to be a unit and allow the reservation policy the cycle order as was being done earlier by alloting the seat to candidate of women clause in the village Gilaula.? 2. The issue raised is governed by a judgment of a Division Bench of this Court in Sant Ram Sharma vs. State of U.P. & Ors. [Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 54764 of 2015] decided on 9 October 2015. 3. This petition shall accordingly stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment. 4. There shall be no order as to costs. ………………..
