ORDER The petitioners have come forward with these Contempt Petitions stating that this Court by an order dated 11.02.2014 directed the respondents to execute the Non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial level) No.1, Nagercoil, in C.C.Nos.26 of 2012 and C.C.No.27 of 2012 dated 19.06.2012 . But, the contemnors have not shown any interest to execute the warrant and arrest the accused. Hence, the petitioner filed these contempt petitions. This court issued contempt notice on 30.07.2014. Even then the contemnors did not take any steps, and thereby, they have wilfulluy disobeyed the order of this Court. Hence, he prays for punishing the contemnors. 2. Today the second contemnor is present and filed a detailed counter stating that she received the contempt notice and stated that from 16.08.2014 to 31.08.2014 (16 days) she was holding the additional charge of the post of the Inspector of Police, Rajakamangalam Circle, Ethamozhi Police station and has also taken effective steps and instructed her subordinates to find out the whereabouts of the accused person and on 01.09.2014, Thiru Sudhakar, has taken the charge of the post of Inspector of Police, Rajakkamangalam Circle. Hence, she submits that she has not disobeyed the order, that too wilfull disobedience of the order of this Court. 3. This Court, by order dated 11.02.2014 passed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.16875 of 2013 has issued the following directions:- "Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to execute the Non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial level) No.1, Nagercoil, in C..C.Nos.26 and 27 of 2012 dated 19.06.2012 and the second respondent police is directed to arrest the accused immediately". It is seen that in the order of this Court, no time limit is given.
