JUDGMENT Abhinava Upadhya, J. The petitioner has filed a suit under Section 229-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 in the year 1998-99 and it is pending since then. When the said suit was not being decided the petitioner had no option but to come to this Court by filing a writ petition being Writ Petition No. 28977 of 2013 and this Court vide its order dated 22.5.2013 disposed of the writ petition with certain direction. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date the suit is pending and has not been decided. 3. It is expected of every authority or the court below to comply with the orders passed by this Court to maintain judicial hierarchy. The present court where the suit of the petitioner under Section 229-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 is pending is also bound by the order of this Court dated 22.5.2013 and it is expected that this authority/court will comply with the order of this Court in accordance with law. 4. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition is disposed of. ………………..
