ORDER The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 1.7.2014 lodged by the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent as early as on 01.07.2014, but, however, the second respondent police has not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.469 of 2014 dated 04.08.2014, the petition enquiry is closed and the closure report is also given to the petitioner. 4. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
