ORDER The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to direct the respondents to register a case on complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.11.2013. 2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 23.11.2013, a case in Crime No.298 of 2015 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code. 3. In view of the above stated position, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.298 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
