ORDER The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.595/2013 on the file of the second respondent police, Karingal Police Station to any other competent independent investigating agency more particularly to CBCID for fair investigation and to file a final report. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that already the charge sheet has been filed and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.62 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
