Judgment 1. This contempt petition is filed complaining with the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.7190 of 2012 dated 19.03.2014 has been disobeyed. 2. A perusal of the order passed in the writ petition would show that the third respondent therein was directed to inspect the petitioner's School within a period of six weeks and pass necessary orders with regard to prayer sought for in the writ petition. 3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/contemnor submits that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by inspecting the School on 24.05.2014, and such inspection has also been recorded in the proceedings issued by the Chief Educational Officer, Tirunelveli, dated 24.05.2014. He has also brought to the notice of this Court the order dated 24.05.2014, which is enclosed in the typed set of papers. 4. Considering the fact that this Court only directed the third respondent in the writ petition to inspect the School and pass appropriate orders and considering the fact that the order has been complied with by making inspection on 24.05.2014, as could be seen in the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer, Tirunelveli, dated 24.05.2014, I do not find any contempt in this case. If the petitioner is aggrieved against the order passed by the Chief Educational Officer, Tirunelveli, dated 24.05.2014, it is open to her to challenge the same in the manner known to law. Giving such liberty to the petitioner, the contempt petition is dismissed.
