ORDER The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to the first respondent to secure the second respondent to undergo one year simple imprisonment and to pay the compensation as cheque amount of Rs.2,00,000/-to the petitioner as per Judgment dated 29.9.2014 and as per warrant issued by the learned Fast Track Court (Judicial Magistrate Level), Tuticorin in C.C.No.186/13. 2. Heard both sides. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent wants one month time to execute the warrant. 4. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to execute the warrant issued by the Fast Track Court, Judicial Magistrate Level, Tuticorin, in C.C.No.186 of 2013 against the accused, as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner is also directed to assist the respondent for execution of warrant. 5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
