ORDER The petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking to transfer the S.C.No.24/2015 on the file of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Theni at Periyakulam to any other suitable District Court, stating some allegations levelled against the officer concerned and further stated that the Presiding Officer has refused to record the answer given by the witness. 2. Considering the fact that, I am of the view, that it is the duty of the Court to see that the justice seems to be done. Hence, it is a fit case to withdraw the case in S.C.No.24/2015 on the file of the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Theni at Periyakulam and ordered to transfer the same to the learned Principal District Judge, Theni, for disposal in accordance with law. 3. Accordingly, the case in S.C.No.24 of 2015 to the file of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Theni at Periyakulam is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Theni for disposal of the same in accordance with law. The learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Theni at Periyakulam is directed to transmit the entire case records in S.C.No. 24 of 2015 on his file to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Theni, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receit of such records, the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Theni, is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible. 4. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
