JUDGMENT Akhtar Husain Khan, J. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. 2. Present petition has been moved by petitioner Vijay Kumar Mishra under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. with prayer to quash order dated 09.04.2015 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kheri in Case No.1854 of 2015 (State of U.P. Vs. Vijay Kumar and others) arising out of Crime No.82 of 2014, under Sections 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)(10) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Kotwali Sadar, District Kheri. 3. Petitioner had already filed Criminal Misc. Case (U/s 482 of Cr.P.C.) No.3968 of 2015 (Anurag Bhargav @ Annu Pasi and another Vs. State of U.P. and another). Said petition was disposed of vide order dated 19.08.2015 passed by co-ordinate Bench of this High Court. Petitioner has not appeared before learned Magistrate concerned in compliance of order dated 19.08.2015 passed by co-ordinate Bench of this High Court. Therefore, warrant issued by learned Magistrate concerned cannot be said to be against law. 4. In view of above, present petition is dismissed.
