JUDGMENT Heard Sri Arvind Pratap Singh holding brief of Sri Ramesh Pratap Singh, who is seeking adjournment on the ground that Remesh Pratap Singh is not available today. 2. We have gone through the entire brief and we find that the entire cause shown for condoning the delay is sufficient. We, accordingly, condone the delay and entertain the appeal on merits. 3. Two questions were not answered by the petitioner in the Teacher Eligibility Test on the ground that there was some confusion with regard to the nature of the question that was asked. Learned single Judge instead of entertaining the writ petition has dismissed the petition on the ground that the petition is being filed after almost one year of the examination and time prayed for raising objections to the questions had also come to an end. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner has also pleaded the case on merits and even otherwise we find that there are two questions which are very simple in nature. In question No.107 out of 4 options given, obviously the answer would be one of the options, which the petitioner failed to answer. The second question, in question No.108, was with regard to the correct name of Nazir Akbarabadi, which the petitioner himself has indicated as Mohammad Wali. 5. It is not understood as to why the petitioner could not answer these simple questions and that too is making complaints with regard to the nature of the question that was asked after about one year by filing a writ petition. The confusion alleged is unfounded. 6. There is no merit in the appeal which is hereby dismissed.
