JUDGMENT Dr. Hemlata Suman, wife of late Amar Singh Suman, Senior Lecturer, Narain Post Graduate College, Shikohabad district Firozabad intends to be transferred and her submission is that in case an incumbent, who intends to be transferred, no objection certificate is required from the concerned institution wherein she is serving. Petitioner's submission is that in order to fulfill all the pre-requisite terms and conditions as required to effectuate transfer, she has already represented the matter before the Committee of Management, Narain Post Graduate College, Shikohabad district Firozabad in prescribed format requesting therein therein to accord "NOC" for being transferred to another institution of the same nature but till today, Committee of Management, Narain Post Graduate College, Shikohabad district Firozabad is sitting tight over the matter. 2. Consequently, in the present case we proceed to ask Manger/Secretary, Committee of Management, Narain Post Graduate College, Shikohabad district Firozabad to take appropriate decision on the application that has been so moved on behalf of petitioner for providing her "No Objection Certificate" preferably within two weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of the order passed by this Court. With the above direction, present writ petition is disposed of.
