ORDER This writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus to direct the first and the second respondents to consider the case of the petitioner, for being appointed as a Secondary Grade Teacher, pursuant to the examinations, held on 14.11.2012. 2. It has been stated that even though the petitioner had been called for the certificate verification, on 9.11.2012, he had not produced the S.S.L.C. mark sheet at the time of certificate verification. However, some candidates, who were similarly placed, as that of the petitioner, had been given an opportunity to submit their certificates, on 10.12.2012. Such an opportunity had been denied to the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has preferred the present writ petition before this Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3. In view of the fact that the selection process for appointment of candidates to the post of Secondary Grade Teacher had been completed during the year 2012, the relief prayed for by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, cannot be granted, at this stage. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected M.P.No.1 of 2012 is closed.
