ORDER The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, to direct the respondents to register a case/F.I.R on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.10.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law. 2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.10.2015, a case in Crime No.767 of 2015 was registered by the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 506(i) of Indian Penal Code. 3. In view of the above stated position, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.767 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
