Judgment 1. This writ petition is filed challenging the order of suspension. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that subsequently an order of punishment was passed against the petitioner and thereafter, on appeal, it was set aside and consequently, he was reinstated into service. It is further submitted that the petitioner was also transferred to some other place. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents may be recorded and the writ petition may be closed as infructuous. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
