JUDGMENT Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Narendra Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. In pith and substance petitioner is disputing the electricity bill in question. 3. Under Clause 6.5 of the U.P. Electricity Supply Code, 2005 in respect of disputed bills and arrears, remedial forum has been provided for. 4. In view of this, once there is a forum provided for, the petitioner is free to approach the competent authority to decide such dispute in accordance with law. 5. We make it clear that in case the application in question has already been moved before the competent authority, it is always expected that the said competent authority will deal the matter and take appropriate decision in accordance with law on the basis of record available preferably within next three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 6. The writ petition is disposed of.
