JUDGMENT Abhinava Upadhya, J. By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court raising a grievance that respondents no. 4, 5 and 6 have purchased the land from Kedar son of Bajrangi who was a scheduled caste and such transfer has been made without the permission of the District Magistrate and, therefore, there is violation of provisions of Section 157-A of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 (in short 'the Act'). 2. It is submitted that a complaint has already been made before the District Magistrate, but no action has been taken so far. 3. In this writ petition the petitioner is merely a complainant of violation of Section 157-A of the Act. How the petitioner is affected by such a violation has not been set forth. If there is any violation of any provisions of law by two individuals, at the most the petitioner could have made a complaint which he has made, but the petitioner cannot been allowed to approach this Court against the aforesaid violation if the petitioner's own right in any manner is not being affected in the proceeding. As such, the transfer does not violate any fundamental or statutory right of the petitioner to render the petitioner aggrieved against such transfer to approach this Court. 4. As such, the writ petition has no merit. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
