JUDGMENT Abhinava Upadhya, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Santosh Kumar Mishra who has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.6. Learned Standing Counsel appears for respondents No.1, 2, 3 and 4 and Sri Rajesh Yadav represents respondent No.5. 2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 30.9.2011 passed under section 198 (4) of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act cancelling the Patta granted in favour of the petitioner and the order dated 30.10.2013 which is an order passed in revision filed against the cancellation of the lease. 3. Against the aforesaid order, the petitioner has already filed an injunction suit being suit No.267 of 2015 pending before the Civil Judge (JD), Muzaffarnagar. Since the petitioner has already availed the remedy, it would be improper to entertain this writ petition at this stage. The writ petition has no merit and is dismissed.
