JUDGMENT The petitioner has come up for deciding the representation which he states to have been filed before the District Magistrate in relation to the alleged encroachment in a Temple and its properties by private persons. 2. The petitioner claims himself to be the Chela of Shri Maheshwaranand Giriji Maharaj who had appointed him to the Sarvarahkar of the Temple in question. 3. This dispute in our opinion is essentially a private dispute between the petitioner and 4th and 5th respondents who have allegedly encroached upon the Temple and its properties for which the petitioner has to approach the police authorities or file a civil suit for declaration of any such right that the petitioner may be wanting. 4. We are not inclined to entertain the writ petition on account of the scope of the dispute in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
