JUDGMENT Ritu Raj Awasthi, J. Heard learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned standing counsel. 2. The writ petition has been filed seeking direction to opposite party no. 1 to decide the Review Petition No. 291 of 2015, filed under Section 114 read with Order 47 Rule 1 CPC, Section 341 U.P.Z.A.&L.R. Act (Jagannath and others vs. Guru Prasad and others) within specific time frame preferably within three months. 3. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the review petition is pending. There is error apparent on the face of record, as such, the petitioners have preferred review petition for correction in the order dated 16.7.2015. 4. Learned standing counsel submits that it will have to be first determined as to whether review petition would at all be maintainable or not. 5. It is for the concerning Court to decide as to whether the review petition preferred by the petitioner is maintainable or not. 6. Since the review petition is pending, the concerning Court may consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, expeditiously, say within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. It would be open for the Court concerned to decide maintainability of the review petition. With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
