When the matter is listed on 09.01.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 22.01.2015 'for dismissal'. 2. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner and hence, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
