JUDGMENT Vivek Kumar Birla, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. 2. The present contempt application has been filed for punishing the Opposite Parties for willful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 14.10.2014 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 54723 of 2014. 3. It is stated that in spite of service upon the opposite parties, no order has yet been passed. 4. Prima facie, a case has been made out for punishing the opposite party no. 2 for willful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 14.10.2014 passed in the aforesaid writ petition. 5. However, no notice is issued to the opposite party no. 2 at this stage. The opposite party no. 2 is granted three months further time to comply with the judgment and order dated 14.10.2014 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 54723 of 2014 from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 6. In case, the opposite party no. 2 does not comply with the order, it would be open to the applicant to approach this court again. 7. With the aforesaid observations, this application is finally disposed of at this stage.
