Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the 5th respondent to fix petitioner name in batch wise combined seniority list for the ensuing recruitment to the post of midwives and nurses above the names of the candidates who have passed out and completed their Diploma Courses in Nurses and Midwives from the year 2010-2011 onwards and consider the petitioner name as a preferential category thereon. 2. It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 11.09.2014 seeking for the very same relief and the said representation is said to be still pending without disposal. Whether the petitioner is entitled to the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be decided now as her representation seeking for the very same relief is still pending consideration before the respondents. Therefore, this Court is not expressing any view on the merits and contention raised by the petitioner. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.09.2014 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
