JUDGMENT Om Prakash-VII, J. This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the concerned court below to decide the complaint case no. 238 of 2011 under Section 18, 19, 20, 21, 21 and 23 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, expeditiously. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGA appearing for the State. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid complaint case as expeditiously as possible preferably within period prescribed under the Statute itself from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. It is further directed that the applicant will cooperate in the trial and no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted to either of the parties. 4. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
