JUDGMENT Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. 2. This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR of case crime No. 796 of 2014, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C. and section 3/4 POCSO Act, P.S. Modi Nagar, district-Ghaziabad. 3. After going through the impugned F.I.R., we are not inclined to quash the same. 4. However, from the perusal of the interim order dated 4.5.2015 passed by this Court it appears that this Court had stayed the arrest of the petitioners till submission of the police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. and since the investigation has not been completed till date, we dispose of the writ petition with the direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested till submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. 5. The petitioners shall file a certified copy of this order within two weeks from today before the SSP, Ghaziabad who shall look into the matter and ensure that investigation in the above mentioned case is completed expeditiously preferably within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 6. With the aforesaid direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
