JUDGMENT Ramesh Sinha, J. Case called out in the revised list. No one is present on behalf of the applicants to press this application. Sri Mohd. Nadeem, learned A.G.A. for the State is present. 2. While the proceedings of the Court were going on, Sri Prabha Shanker Mishra, Advocate, along with some other Members of the Bar has appeared before this Court and stated that today the Bar Association would take an immediate decision on the issue on which lawyers' strike is going on since 12.12.2014 after recess in view of the latest developments taken in the matter. 3. By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application, the applicants have prayed for a direction to the court below to consider and dispose of the bail application of the applicants on the same day in case crime no.150 of 2012, under Section 3/7 E.C. Act, Police Station-Hazrat Nagar Gari, District Moradabad. 4. After having examined the prayer made in the present application and perused the material brought on record, I find that neither the applicant has surrendered before the court below nor moved any bail application, hence the present application is wholly misconceived and not maintainable. The application is accordingly dismissed.
