JUDGMENT Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the Power Corporation. 2. The respondents are not getting the meter installed in spite of the electricity connection of the petitioners on some grounds which the petitioners allege is not a legally available ground. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-corporation submits that the distance of petitioners premises from the nearest poll was one of the issues and now the Regulatory Commission has issued instructions is that even if the distance is more than forty meters, connections shall be given by the Power Corporation. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent-corporation submits that the matter should be resolved within two weeks.. 5. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.4 to do needful in the light of above for installing the meter in the premise of the petitioners if there is no legal impediment. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed off.
