JUDGMENT Heard Shri S.B. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the opposite parties. 2. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.08.2015, passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow, by means of which, the petitioners have been asked to submit the better compliance report after fully compliance of the order of the Tribunal. The order of the Tribunal was to the effect that the applicant shall be taken by the department with immediate effect with all consequential benefits. The petitioners have preferred the writ petition against the aforesaid order and the said petition was dismissed by this Court and as a consequence thereof, the petitioners were asked to comply with the order. 3. Once the writ petition has been dismissed by this Court and the order has attained the finality, the petitioners are obliged to comply with the order of the Tribunal in its letter and spirit. 4. We have gone through the order of the learned Tribunal and we do not find any illegality in the said order. The writ petition lacks merit and deserves to be dismissed. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed.
