JUDGMENT Heard learned Standing Counsel for the petitioners and perused the pleadings of the writ petition. 2. This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 23.01.2015 passed by the State Public Services Tribunal, Lucknow ('Tribunal' for short) in claim petition No.267 of 2012 (Ram Khelawan Singh vs. State of U.P. and others) by which the claim of the opposite party no.1 was been allowed. 3. It would to be noted that the opposite party no.1 has retired in the year 2012. The punishment order has been quashed on the ground that the list in question was prepared by his predecessor and after his joining, he signed the said list and as soon as it was brought to his notice that there was some discrepancy in the list prepared by his predecessor, he immediately corrected the same and after correction, the error was rectified. 4. The Tribunal came to the conclusion that the aforesaid fact has not been taken into consideration by the disciplinary authority, even otherwise, we find that the opposite party no.1 has retired in the year 2012. 5. We, therefore, do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order. 6. The writ petition is devoid of merit. It is accordingly, dismissed.
