Consequently the following corrections be made in the judgment dated 26.03.2007: "In third line at page 17 of the Judgment, the date of the High Court Order be read as 14.01.1988 instead of 14.01.1998. In second paragraph at page 22 of the Judgment, the date of Award be read as 18.09.1998 instead of 19.09.1998. At page 24 of the Judgment, the number of Writ Petition be read as 31681 of 1998 instead of 3168 of 1988."
