ORDER : Shri Amit Goswami, Advocate, for the petitioners. Shri Rajeev Upadhyaya, Panel Lawyer, for the respondent/State. Heard. 2. This is a petition under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for invoking inherent powers of this Court for quashing the FIR registered at Crime No. 01/2014 at Police Station Deepar District Datia (M.P.) and the entire criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioners for the offence punishable under sections 392, 395, 397, 394 of Indian Penal Code and under section 11/13 of the MPDVPK Act pending before the Special Judge, District Datia (M.P.) in SST No. 19/2014, on the basis of compromise arrived between the parties. 3. I.A. No. 2254/2015 has been preferred for compromise. 4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that trial is pending before the Special Judge, District Datia in SST No. 19/2014 and has not been concluded finally and if the FIR and the consequent proceedings instituted thereupon are allowed to stand then it would be amounting to abuse of the process of law. 5. Facts of the compromise have been verified by the Principal Registrar of this Court on 24-3-2015 and the statements of the parties have been recorded by him. 6. On perusal of Principal Registrar's report, it seems that parties have arrived at compromise voluntarily without any fear or force, therefore, in view of the compromise, I.A. No. 2254/2015, is hereby allowed. Compromise is accepted. 7. Resultantly, the FIR registered at Crime No. 01/2014 at Police Station Deepar District Datia (M.P.) and the entire criminal proceedings initiated against the applicants for the offence punishable under sections 392, 395, 397, 394 of Indian Penal Code and under section 11/13 of the MPDVPK Act pending before the Special Judge, District Datia (M.P.) in SST No. 19/2014, are hereby quashed only against the petitioners. 8. Petition is disposed of.
