JUDGMENT The relief which has been sought in the writ petition is in the following terms: “I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No.1 to 4 to remove the encroachment over the Gram Sabha Land Gata No.582 measuring area 0.3600 Hectare which is reserve for ponds situated in village – Pure Parawani, Paragana and Tehsil – Musafirkhana, District Amethi from opposite party No.5 to 9.” 2. The learned Standing Counsel states on instructions that the proceedings under Section 122-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 are pending. Hence, all that remains to be observed is that the proceedings be taken to their logical conclusion expeditiously with due notice to all the affected parties. The petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
