Judgment 1. Mr.V.Muruganandham, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2014, through which he is seeking regularization of the service as a Driver in the Primary Health Centre, Velayuthapattinam, Devekottai Taluk, Sivagangai District. 4. According to the petitioner he was appointed as a Driver on 23.11.2009, on temporary basis and he is in continues service in all these years. It is his case, that his service has to be regularized and for which he submitted a representation on 29.12.2014, to the respondents. The said representation is not disposed of and hence the petitioner is before this Court. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has made a request seeking for regularization, it is for the third respondent to consider and decide it on merits and therefore, this Court is not expressing any view as of now. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2014 and pass orders on the same and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
